Terms and Conditions – On-Call Cab Service

Welcome to MY On-Call Cab Service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. General Terms

• These terms apply to all bookings made through On-Call Cab Service, whether online, via call, or through any affiliated platform.
• By booking a cab, you accept these terms in full.
• Toursetup reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed by our customer service team via call, SMS, or email.
• Advance booking is recommended for long-distance or outstation cab services.
• Immediate (on-call) cab availability is subject to location and vehicle availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance (kilometers), time, type of vehicle, and any applicable surcharges.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes are not included in base fares and are to be paid by the customer.
• Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking or ride completion, depending on the package chosen.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation within 30 minutes of booking for local rides.
• For outstation or full-day bookings, cancellations made 12 hours before the ride may be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the vehicle is dispatched.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
• Smoking, drinking, or any illegal activity inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will incur additional charges.

6. Driver and Vehicle Policies

• All drivers are verified and licensed as per local transportation regulations.
• Toursetup ensures the cabs are clean, roadworthy, and serviced regularly.
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are abusive, intoxicated, or violate safety norms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• My on-call Cab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Toursetup shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the ride.

8. Service Locations

We currently offer on-call cab services in Ujjain, Indore, Bhopal, and other major cities in Madhya Pradesh. For outstation trips, we cover destinations including Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, Mandu, Pachmarhi, and more.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to jurisdiction in Ujjain (M.P.).
