Cancel & Refund Policy β On-Call Cab Service
At My On Call Casb, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Thatβs why we offer a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our My on-call cab services. Please read the policy below before making a booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation (Before 24 Hours)
- You may cancel your cab booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 2 Hours of Pickup)
- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 2 hours of the pickup time or if the driver has already been dispatched.
No-Show Policy:
- If the customer does not show up at the pickup location without prior notice, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
- For payments made via UPI or bank transfer, bank details must be shared with our support team for manual processing.
